Lindsay Lohan has a thing for exposing her breasts in public. No matter where she goes or what she’s doing, Lindsay’s C-cup breasts and attached nipples just can’t help but make an appearance.

That was the case last week when the troubled celebrity went shopping, sans bra, and gave the world a look at the state of her chest as she bent over, exposing her breasts and nipples as they came right out of her shirt.
