		<description>As someone who&#039;s followed the politics and economics of large scale power production for over 30 years, I&#039;ve ceased being surprised by the &quot;popular delusions and madness of crowds&quot; that seems to characterize the energy field.

Perhaps the most concise description I&#039;ve seen of basic and inviolable physical constraints is by Dr. Nate Lewis of Caltech at a Johns Hopkins APL Seminar:
